OUR STORY
My name is Pedro Morales, CEO and founder of Neighbors & Lights. I’m a student-athlete and a two-time business owner, currently pursuing my Associate of Science in Business Administration at Northwest Arkansas Community College.
I started this company with a vision and the belief that professional holiday lighting should be accessible, enjoyable, and stress-free for every family. What began as a small idea quickly grew into a full-service lighting business rooted in integrity, community, and hard work.
As a student-athlete, I’ve learned discipline, leadership, and consistency — values I apply directly to every installation. As an entrepreneur, I’m driven by delivering quality and creating a positive experience for every homeowner we serve.
