Deposit Agreement
Company: Neighbors & Lights LLC
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an installation date, allocate inventory, and schedule crew time.
The deposit amount will be stated on the quote or invoice provided to Client.
2. Application of Deposit
The deposit will be applied toward:
- Installation labor scheduling and crew allocation.
- Reserved lighting, décor, and related materials.
- Administrative time and project planning.
3. Non-Refundable Nature
Deposits are non-refundable once paid, except where Company cancels the project and is unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Rescheduling
- If Client requests a reschedule with sufficient notice (as defined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy), Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate without requiring an additional deposit.
- Short-notice rescheduling or multiple reschedules may result in additional fees or loss of priority in scheduling.
5. Failure to Proceed
If Client chooses not to proceed with installation after paying the deposit (other than as allowed under the cancellation policy),
the deposit will be forfeited in full to cover lost time, reserved materials, and scheduling.
